• Rest in a chair for 5 to 10 minutes before taking a reading and do not talk or move during the measurement.
• Sit in a comfortable position with your arm resting on a table at heart level for the most accurate reading.
• Keep in mind that blood pressure can vary significantly in just a few minutes.
• For maximum accuracy, the option to average the last 3 readings can be used.
